Investment Criteria
At CHW Capital, our mission is to help founders grow their businesses by providing active minority equity capital. Our team regularly engages with our founders to accelerate growth and profitability through our growth equity strategies. Our investment criteria includes: at least $1M of revenue, annual revenue growth of at least 20%, and we are industry agnostic. We seek check sizes of at least $500,000 for companies headquartered in the USA, and we want to take an active role in an advisory or board capacity, leveraging our expertise in private equity and venture capital.
